While in the recent COP29 world leaders picture we saw out of 78 world leaders, only 8 were women. It just made us realise that yes definitely we have a long way still to go to make it to 50:50 representation. Understanding the gender context which has always been quite neglected at COPs, just before COP29 started, SHE Changes Climate Nepal chapter collaboratively organized roundtable discussion on 'Gender and Intersectional Approach at COP29' as a Pre-COP Gender Event. Such event help us to understand the context of gender in a more deeper level.
